Think Pink: Breast Cancer Awareness Fitness Gear

Breast Cancer Awareness

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, which means we all are thinking pink before heading to the gym. What better way to support the cause by purchasing some pink fitness gear you can bust a sweat in all year round? Not only is this a great way to contribute to the cause, but a great way to promote the cause in public.

We’ve rounded up some products you can purchase to use or wear while at the gym. As cold-weather approaches, keep warm with long-sleeve shirts, hoodies, fleeces and socks. Also sport your pink at yoga classes or on the tennis court!

All of these brands will contribute a certain percentage of every purchase towards supporting breast cancer research.

In addition to wearing clothes that support breast cancer, make sure you are always self-examining. Self exams are so important for early detection, and getting checked on a regular basis by a doctor is important in preventing the disease as well. Wearing your pink out in public will hopefully provide a reminder to all women that, they too, need to stay regular on their check-ups. And just remember — raising awareness for breast cancer doesn’t have to be a once a year thing! Be sure to rock your new pink fitness gear year-round to spread the message.

Rock your pink at the gym by purchasing any clothing that goes towards breast cancer research!
