Eating with your sodium intake in mind doesn’t have to mean eating with less flavor. You may not be able to add extra salt to taste to your food if you’re on a low-sodium diet (or have a health condition that requires you to cut back on the salt) but you can enhance the flavor of your dishes with other ingredients. Add things like tomatoes, garlic, lemon, and onions (healthy foods that pack a punch of flavor) to your favorite savory recipes, and you won’t even miss salt at all!
