Daily Bite Wellness Tip - Oolong Tea for Eczema

If you are unlucky enough to suffer from chronic eczema, and the itchiness and pain that comes with it, you’re probably constantly searching for anything that will make you feel better. Outside of seeing a dermatologist and using topical prescriptions, of course, the products you use and the foods you eat can help you live an eczema-free (or at least reduced) lifestyle, too. Making sure you use eczema safe products meant for sensitive skin and avoiding foods that cause a reaction is a great start, but did you know that drinking tea can help you feel a whole lot better (and way less itchy!)?  Try drinking oolong tea — it tastes great and it can help keep itchiness at bay!

How do you deal with your eczema?

  1. I actually don’t suffer from Eczema – and I Believe it’s because of all the omega-3 fatty acids I eat – LOTS and LOTS of fish!! ha! That being said, I do love oolong tea!! Love it 🙂 It makes me feel so good when I am drinking it, because I KNOW it’s super healthy!!

  2. I never heard of oolong tea for eczema before, really interesting post! I was finally able to get rid of my eczema after only 30 days with The Flawless Program, but I had to stop drinking coffee as it was one of the triggers for eczema breakouts…This is a good alternative to coffee… Where do you buy it? I’m interested to try it out, thanks! 🙂
