These superfood pockets of goodness are the best of both worlds. Not only do they satisfy that Chinese food craving you get every so often – don’t worry, we’ve been there – but they also pack a ton of protein and essential nutrients. Best of all, it has none of the grease that’s typical in take-out dumplings and they’re easily customizable, too. Hate soy? Swap it out for more veggies. Eat meat? There’s no reason why you can’t make the recipe a non-vegetarian one. You hold the power!
