  1. I have helped a few people lose weight in the past and I always tell them that one of the easiest way to help lose weight it by destressing and ridding the unnecessary stress in their lives. Getting up a little earlier, planning in advance, making to-do lists, these things help reduce the stress in your life. Needless to say, it really does work!
