I’m no stranger to spending a few extra bucks on name brand hair products that my hair dresser finagles me into purchasing. And, I can be a sucker for the latest in greatest of frizz control, hair thickener, beach streaked color and shine. What can I say? You have to try it to find out and it is not a crime to want those luscious locks from the L’oreal commercials! But, more often than not my purchases find a permanent home under my sink never to be touched again. Spring cleaning always has me throwing out and donating bottles and bottles of “hair junk.”
I made a vow to myself to beatify my locks the all natural way…with the right food! If eating oysters is the secret to healthy hair and scalp then I am in.
