Having healthy relationships in your life is important — even the most antisocial among us need a support system and a network of people who love us. Just keep in mind that it’s not about quantity (AKA popularity), but quality. Whether you have 50 fabulous friends or just 5, people with strong, supportive social networks have been shown to outlive those who don’t (by 50%!) so don’t be afraid to get friendly!

  1. Text messages REALLY HELP keep me connected! I know it sounds ridiculous but we are ALL SO BUSY, a quick text = you’re thinking about someone and it makes you feel loved!! I love texts! And then of course, I love meeting up for lunch, dinner or movies!
