Nike and the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team are the best of friends: Videos of Alex Morgan and Hope Solo litter the Nike YouTube pages and advertisements. And that’s understandable; they’re in a great shape and they’re famous — the perfect motivators. But this time Nike released a workout video with forward Sydney Leroux — and we’re excited about.

As a forward, Leroux has to be both quick and strong, which is not a common combination. And that’s why this workout is a great one to use while you’re at the gym. It doesn’t target one specific area; instead, it helps you focus on getting your entire body both lean and toned. All you need is a medicine ball and a pair of dumbbells — and you can pick whatever weight feels right to you — and you’re ready to go.

These Nike Training Club workouts are tough — keep that in mind. You’re working alongside a professional athlete, after all. But then again, by having someone like Leroux do every exercise along with you, you’re more likely to keep it up.

You’ll be doing exercises like the Modified Push Up to Ab Tap, the Squat to Cross Jab with Dumbbells, and the Bottom Up Shoulder Press with Dumbbells. If you’re looking for a good all-around workout — you found it.
