I always start my day (okay okay, most of the time) with a TO BE list!!! Seriously, I know I want to be healthy and happy so I do things to promote these things… Today I will go to a cycle/pilates class and then fuel up with a delicious lunch – definitely helps me achieve my TO BE list!! Love this!
It is such a simple thing to do and can really make a difference. Hope you keep it up!
