WellBitten Wellness Tip: Supplement Guide

When vitamins or minerals are labeled as “essential” this means that our bodies can’t produce it by itself. This means that the only way to get the nutrients is through your diet and supplements.bOur bodies need lots of nutrients to stay healthy and perform well, but we don’t always get the vitamins and minerals we need just from our diet. Taking supplements for what your body is missing is important for the most critical nutrients out there. No one can deny that getting the proper nutrients is  important to our health and overall wellbeing!

  1. I take LOTS of supplements due to the fact that I cannot eat specific food group due to my allergies, intolerances and stomach issues! Fish oil, multivitamins, vitamin D, they (PLUS MORE) are all on my supplement list. And I am happy to report that I feel amazing with them 🙂
