  1. I am happy to report that I most certainly DO get enough sleep every night. My body automatically gets tired around 10pm and then I get to bed by 11pm… Up anywhere between 5 & 6:30 (sometime a little bit earlier)… But I always feel pretty good 🙂 – Also on autopilot = going straight to the gym right when I wake up! That helps A LOT!
