Doing any workout incorrectly is such a waste of time. Read up on all the tips for good  technique, and reach your goal in no time! Sit ups, planks and bicycle crunches may seem straightforward, but there is a lot to pay attention to for your best workout.

  1. A lot of people make the mistake of just doing ab exercise and calling it good. Then a few months down the road they get discouraged because they don’t see that much difference in their tummies. This is because cardio is VERY important, in order to shed the layer of fact over the ab muscles. Once you incorporate cardio into your lifestyle as well as ab exercises (and clean eating of course) your muscles will POP! 🙂
