When a craving for something sweet hits, it may seem hard to stick to your healthy diet. Of course most treats are not “good” for you, but if you are going to have something there are some treats that are significantly better for you than others. Look for kinds that are low in calories and sugar, but high in healthy fibers and nutrients!

 What are your favorite guilt free sweets ?

  1. My FAVORITE guilt free snack, other than WINK FROZEN DESSERTS of course – lol – Is roasted butternut squash with cinnamon or pureed pumpkin with stevia and pumpkin pie spice!! Warm a little of either of those up and you have yourself a DELICIOUS treat!! Seriously.
