  1. I completely agree! What’s healthy for me, may not be healthy for others. I use myself as my own “lab rat” eating high protein is what my body likes best, but this doesn’t suit everyone’s needs. There really isn’t just a ONE WAY street, there are multiple lanes because everyone is unique in their own way. This is why I cannot stand diet books or “quick fixes” because they DON’T WORK for everyone! (Or anyone, lol)
