It’s finally time to switch from a soup-filled menu to salad mania. We can’t say we are disappointed. We love our greens and toppings like they are going out of style.
The best thing about salads: no green creations have to be the same. You can mix and match, add something new or even change the salad dressing and have an entirely different salad experience. Spring is the perfect time to head to the market and get inspired to make salads your main course, instead of just your side.
The spring air has us putting on our sunglasses and riding us of our layers, so keep it light and fresh with our top spring salad recipes. No lackluster greens here…we scoured the web for the very best in leafy-green goodness.

I am so intrigued by the blueberry wedge!
I am a big fan of strawberry-balsamic-spinach salads. I also have had a lot of success with Swiss cheese-poached egg-creamy dressing-fresh cracked pepper type salads, and then, anything with feta is good too!
My favorite salad EVER is Nicoise salad! 🙂 Tuna, Hard Boiled Eggs, Green Beans, Olives, Capers…. And I also put artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and… Well EVERYTHING on top – because I love toppings!
So not surprised fish is involved 🙂
Yay for spring and delicious salads!! This is making me want summer here now 🙂
You and me both. Salads are the best and a sure sign of warm weather.
