California-based KiraGrace has made a name for itself by crafting beautiful, feminine activewear. And the brand’s founder has one impressive background.
Following stints at companies like Lucy Activewear, Victoria’s Secret and Gap, Kira Karmazin—herself a devoted yogi—decided to start a clothing company that was by women and for women, with stunning results.
I’ve had my eye on this company for over a year now, and I must say that no other company does feminine better than KiraGrace. Luckily for me, they sent over four products to review, and this is what I found.
Out of the four pieces Kira Grace sent to me, this was by far my favorite. This might be the black activewear tank top that puts all the others to shame. It’s compressive all over, has a great, supportive built-in bra and the bustline showcases cleavage without being too revealing. This tank is the perfect blend of exposure and coverage. I only have good things to say about this incredible top.
I loved this tank, too. The straps on this looked adorable in the back. I ordered a size large, which fit really well with the warrior stance yoga tank, but took away from the overall compression. Size down if you want a tighter fit. Size up if like it to keep it loose. It wicked away sweat and didn’t move around during yoga. Overall, I found this to be a really basic tank. But if you prefer that your clothes are simpler, this might be the top for you.
The cut outs running up the sides in these capris make this piece really great. They’re sexy without being too revealing. They’re flashy without being over the top. They’re perfect. The material is thick and moisture-wicking. The pocket in the waistband is perfect for storing keys and other essentials. It also performed like the best capris do—they don’t get too hot. My only complaint about these is that they have a tendency to fall down. They sit low on the waist and might not be an ideal option if you have larger hips like I do. Even then, these are perfect if you want to look ultra-fashionable when you’re working up a sweat or just brunching. Just wear a longer tank to ensure you stay covered during class.
I loved the way these looked on me. They held my waist in, hugged my hips and the ruching at the bottom of each leg. They’re also really soft. If you’re curvy, you’ll want to have these capris in your closet. I also couldn’t get enough of this beautiful, bright pair. My only complaint was that these keep slipping down during yoga class.
