3 Immunity-Boosting Cocktails For Anytime Of The Year

It’s always good to give your a immune system a little boost, especially if you feel a cold coming on. But if you’re not a huge fan of vitamins and supplements, you can naturally protect your body is by drinking immune booster cocktails.

In the video above from HGTV Happy, we learned three really delicious recipes that are delicious and will make your mind and body feel great. Yes, there’s a little alcohol in each, so these are perfect for a girl’s night in.

The first is a ginger lemonade that is packed with vitamin c. To start, full a glass with ice. Then, add half the juice of a lemon and half the juice of an orange. Next, place four ginger slices into the glass, along with one shot of spiced rum and some ginger beer. Stir together and enjoy!

Next up is the Healthy Body Toddy! Take 6 ounces of hot apple cider, 1/4 cup of black tea, one shot of whisky, a splash of apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon of honey, a pinch of cayenne pepper and one cinnamon stick into a glass. Stir and drink up the goodness.

Finally, the Boozy Berry Booster. Combine blackberries and a small rosemary sprig to be muddled. Add one teaspoon of elderberry syrup, one shot of vodka, 1/4 cup of cooled chamomile tea and a handful of ice. Shake, shake, shake it up! After, strain and add a little club soda on top. Serve it up with some rosemary and blackberry garnish.

  1. It’s always good to have an immunity booster. Mine is a 30 ml blueberry extract that I usually drink every morning and each time I feel stressed out. And it does work for me!
