  1. It’s funny because I used to believe this mantra but I am not so sure I do anymore. I stopped eating breakfast and instead eat brunch these days and I don’t tend to over eat later. I guess it really depends on the person and their habits/mannerisms and will power. But I do think that if you have a long day of focusing ahead of you and you have to get up very early to head off to work, fueling up with a protein rich breakfast is key!

    • Very interesting point. This tends to be a weekend habit of mine. Ultimately you should do what is best for your body and it sounds like you found something that works for you so keep it up!
