Daily Bite Wellness Tip - How To Stay Hydrated

You could have the best, most healthiest diet in the world and be a total fitness guru who can do yoga better than Betty Spaghetty, but if you don’t stay hydrated, you’ve got nothing. The human body is made up of more than 50% water on average, which should indicate to you just how important it is. To stay hydrated all day and keep your health in check, carry a refillable water bottle with you always, and refill it often.

A great idea is to get a bottle that has measurements down the side so you can keep track of how much you’re actually drinking. And remember, you shouldn’t ever feel thirsty. If you’re feeling thirsty, you’re already dehydrated. Bonus perk: often times when we think we’re starving, we’re actually just really lacking water. If you stay hydrated, you’re less likely to overeat!

  1. I don’t drink nearly enough water every day!!!! I really need to. I do however drink a lot of herbal tea in the evening to make up for my lack of hydration during the day, however, drinking SO MUCH at one time, can leave anyone a little bloated!
