Daily Bite Wellness Tip - Don't Work In Bed

When you’re working from home, or you have a job that allows you to telecommute, it can be hard to resist the urge to bundle up all cozy in your sweats and work in bed all day. It may feel like the ultimate in relaxation and productivity to cuddle up under the covers with your work, but it’s actually really bad for your well-being. Working in bed can cause you to have trouble sleeping at night, so get out from under the covers and work in a more work-friendly area (like a desk/home office) or a neutral room (like the living room) to keep insomnia at bay.
