Daily Bite [Sweat]: Work Out Like Kate Upton

Who wears a swimsuit in December? What about in Antarctica? Well Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Kate Upton, who turned 21 yesterday, did both as she graced the cover of the 2013 issue earlier this year. She became only the second model ever to be featured on back-to-back covers (the first was Tyra Banks in 1996 and 1997). How did she get in such great shape for the shoot? She started working out with celebrity trainer David Kirsch (the man behind J-Lo’s infamous booty) back in August! Kate also followed a strict, clean diet full of lean proteins and greens, and free of what Kirsch calls the “ABCs” – alcohol, bread, and processed carbs. Kate’s gorgeous, toned curves are the inspiration behind this week’s Daily Bite [Sweat].
