We could hardly believe it when we found out that Jennifer Lopez turns 44 years old today! The gorgeous singer/actress/superstar has long been known for her bodacious, feminine curves – her rear end has been the subject of envy since she first launched her career as a dancer in 1991. How does the powerhouse and supermom stay in such great shape and maintain her incredibly sexy figure? By logging quality gym time almost on the daily, of course.

Over the years, J. Lo has worked out with a number of celebrity trainers including Gunnar Peterson and more recently, Tracy Anderson. The main focus of her workouts is to maximize results – between her continuing signing and acting career, her stint as a judge on American Idol, and her numerous business ventures, J. Lo is constantly busy, so her gym sessions must be highly intense and focused.

So what is the secret behind J. Lo’s behind? The short answer may not be so surprising: squats. The squat is an essential gym move that has proven results. The one caveat: proper form is necessary in order to see any type of physical change. It’s also the only way to ensure that you stay injury-free while working on the glutes of your dreams.

  1. Not going to lie, I don’t think I want a JLO booty………. However a nice booty in general is always important. I take the stairs and do pilates in order to achieve a sexy one! Oh and of course I do cardio as well 🙂
