And since it was our favorite doctor’s birthday (Dr. Seuss, that is) just a couple of days ago we felt a strong desire to share some life wisdom from our favorite book author of all time. We are still a child at heart and 100% okay with that.
But for a child author Dr. Seuss had a lot of grown-up advice. One of them being:
This lesser-known Dr. Seuss-ism speaks to us on so many levels. From a health perspective we strictly think of that pre-gym feeling versus the after your sweat session relief. Say you know the feeling.
It also sparks thoughts about overbearing to-do lists, heavy work projects, difficult conversations and bad moods. Once these things are in the past you feel lighter, happier and healthier. We are stronger than we think and can get through a lot once we lap the mental burden.
We really think Dr. Seuss was onto something there.
