Your Cheat Sheet To Everything Veggie!

When it comes to cooking veggies, my method of preparation is simply to plop an array of vegetables down on a tray, spray them with coconut oil and top with my favorite herbs and spices. Of course, this may not be the most refined method, but it works every time. However, if you are looking to get a little more precise with your technique, it is worth taking a look at this “Veggie Cooking Cheat Sheet” by Domestic Superhero.

Whether you’re really in a rush and need to microwave your goodies, or looking to perfectly roast those potato wedges for a healthy take on your favorite comfort food, this guide really does have it all to help you feel on top of your kitchen and cooking game.

Another good tip would be to cook these vegetables in larger batches on the weekends instead of having to come home every night and prepare them. This cuts down on how much time you have to spend in the kitchen overall and will seriously reduce your desire to hit the drive thru right after you get off from work.

Take a look below at the recommended cook times and you may just be surprised by just how much you have been either overcooking or undercooking your veggies. Also, we don’t use the microwave all too often, but can you believe how quick that is? It almost makes us jealous of our friends with microwaves… almost.
