Dandelion greens do NOT get enough credit! They’re a GREAT detoxifier, especially when it comes to detoxing heavy metals like mercury! Just sautee it in olive oil and garlic and you won’t taste the bitterness!

Love this! I recently discovered pummelos thanks to a former co-worker and they’re now my favorite winter fruit! Not sure if this is truly a lesser-known produce or if I was just out-of-the-loop, but I’m so glad I discovered them. 🙂
