Lately kale and I have been getting a little cozy. Romaine just seems so much more uncool in comparison to the dark, leafy goodness that kale brings. The in season superfood is for much more than garnish. The textured leaves pack a punch of vitamin A nd C, calcium and cancer-fighting phytonutrients. The nutritionally dense greens are also more versatile than you thought.
