I’ve actually NEVER tried CHIA before but I do love Flax… However, go easy on the dosage… Eating too much causes some… crazy bloating!
I looooove chia seeds! I cook em’ with oatmeal, I’ve made a pumpkin pudding with them. There’s also a dish I like that is about 1 part chia seeds, 3-4 parts almond milk, soaked or a long time, then cooked on the stove with some cheddar and a dash of maple that is like an amazing porridge…
