WellBitten Wellness Tip: Embrace Stability Lifting

 

Challenge your stability to bring your core muscles into play. It is more effective to do your lifting standing up, on one leg or with a balance tool like the Bosu Ball. Doing so forces you to balance yourself while you lift weights and will give you a stronger overall body over time.
