Zumba Is A Dance Party In Your Workout Pants

Have you been hesitant to try Zumba? Sure, dancing can be a little awkward, but Zumba is a great exercise that we think everyone should try.

Young, older, thin or curvy, this dance workout is an accessible exercise that allows different body types to burn major calories while having fun. Because, let’s admit it, after a while, those treadmills can get a little boring.

I personally love dance classes like this, because I grab one of my girlfriends and just dance it out. A lot of the time, it will be a combination of hip hop, pop and latin songs, that again, will not only allow you to burn calories, but help with your rhythm.

You can easily burn up to 1,000 calories during one Zumba class, and the fact that you’re just dancing, with no judgement helps a lot.

After every class, I feel strong and confident. I feel like I can take on the world, because it’s all about empowerment. And just so you know, guys and girls can totally get down with Zumba. You never know what can happen.
