We dig Lea Michele.
Not only does she have a great voice, but lately, she’s becoming our newest fitness inspiration. These days, her Instagram is filled with awesome photos of Lea working out, drinking green juices, and just loving life. So, naturally, when we saw the video above about Lea’s New Year’s Resolutions, we had to share. Not only because they are so good, but because they are resolutions we should all be making.
Number one on her list? To become less complacent, and take part in more challenging workouts. Lea says that in 2015, she experimented a lot with Pilates and spin class, and is looking forward to new ways to work up a sweat.
Lea also speaks about her well-being, and says she wants to be less critical and more complimentary toward herself, which we think should be a resolution on everyone’s list. It’s so easy to be hard on ourselves and one another — why not try boosting confidence instead?
