If you overindulged in the festivities yesterday and woke up feeling the aftermath, try some of these hangover cures to make you good as new. Although aspirin is a great start, eat something like eggs or bananas to help you to feel better faster. The amino acid cysteine in eggs will help toxins flush out of your system, and bananas will replenish the electrolytes and potassium you lost while celebrating.

  1. Lime just is a great aid… As are eggs! I would actually also recommend eating a nice big bowl of steamed mussels, not going to lie – it’s an amazing cure and superfood! 🙂 You can thank me later? LOL!
