One big meal such as Thanksgiving or Easter dinner, really doesn’t have much an effect on your physical self. You need to consume excess 3,500 calories to put on one pound of fat. The largest effect over indulging has is on your emotional wellness. The guilt that some people feel after eating a large meal can be disheartening and depressing. Don’t let these harsh feelings get to you, and let yourself move on and increase your happiness!
