  1. Vitamins are a MUST in my life because my diet only lets me eat a restricted amount of nutrients. I make SURE I supplement with vitamin D, omega-3s (even though I eat a lot of fish), quercetin (so I never get sick – it seriously works) and an all around multivitamin. I also take resvertrol because it’s been documented as being a CURE-ALL these days (just like Vitamin D). I take these things with dinner, my largest meal, that way, I don’t feel nauseous – sometimes taking vitamins on a less than full stomach can make people not feel so good for about an hour.
