Music Monday: Total Arm Workout with Icona Pop

Toned sculpted arms are so sought after, but not always so easy to achieve. It can be incredibly difficult to tone your arms and get rid of dreaded under arm flab. No woman wants to have wing flaps when they wave hello, and thanks to Music Monday, you don’t have to worry anymore. With the proper amount of cardio and weighted workouts, sexy arms can be easy to sculpt. This week we have a workout that is easy to follow and will help you get those sexy, well shaped, flab free arms we know you all want! Too self conscious to wear tank tops and sleeveless dresses? Not anymore! Wave goodbye to those flabby underarms and say hello to jiggle free limbs you’ll be eager to flaunt. Grab your weights and get ready to pump some iron.

This week’s workout combines easy moves with high repetitions to help you get fast results. Try repeating the circuit three to five times to ensure you maximize your workout. When your arms feel on fire…push a little further! We promise it will be worth it. Icona Pop’s “All Night” is a great pump up song you’ll want to dance and sing along to. The beat is the perfect speed to do bicep curls to, and the song never gets old (trust me, I’ve had it on repeat for days). If you need a little bit of extra motivation, head to closest mirror and take a good look at yourself. Check yourself out and repeat the following three times: “Do you even lift bro?”. If this quote doesn’t make you feel like lifting weights, it should at least give you a good chuckle. Hey, laughing burns calories too ya know! Get lifting and get those toned sexy arms just in time for Halloween. Happy Monday!

  1. Another great song selection!

One more tip to get toned arms fast…up your weight on those bicep and tricep curls. Not only will it help define your muscles faster, I recently read that the heavier the weight you lift, the longer your post-workout burn will last. And forget what they say about heavy weight making women “bulk up,” it’s not true!
