Music Monday: Ab Burner with American Authors

Monday’s are always the hardest day of the week, especially when it comes to getting to the gym. After a relaxing weekend free of work, school, and responsibilities, no one wants to wake up and have their calendar read “Monday”. The worst part of facing Monday is dragging your tired butt to the gym. I always dread waking up on Monday and getting myself to workout. However, Music Monday helps make my workouts a little less awful and a lot more manageable, even (dare I say) enjoyable. Who would have thought working out (on a Monday) could be fun?

Filled with fun songs and short circuit exercises, Music Monday helps get my day started off right. This week’s edition of Music Monday is an ab workout that will have your core fully engaged and totally on fire. This workout circuit may be short but it’s meant to make your muscles burn so make sure you push through the entire song. Packed with all kinds of crunches to target different zones of your core, this short circuit will definitely help you get that summer-ready body. Summer? Yeah I said it…it’s closer than you think so let’s get to work early so come May we can sit back and relax!
