If you want to prevent holiday weight gain you need to burn more calories than you take in. A great way to balance taking in more calories is by doing more exercise. During the holiday season we tend to over-eat which can cause us to gain weight. Taking the stairs, exercising an extra 10 minutes, and walking around the office multiple times a day can help you burn extra calories. If you’re a morning person consider doing a 30 minute workout after you wake up and another workout during the day. If you’re feeling a little stressed try an yoga class to help you relax.
