Running is one of the many outdoor sports you can do all year around. Besides wearing more clothes, in the winter months you should be mindful of when it will start getting dark outside. Check your local weather to find out when the sun will be setting and what the temperature will be during your run. Also you should where a headlamp or run with a flashlight, that way you can see where you’re going and others can see you coming. Instead of wearing black or dark blue, wear orange or yellow so you’ll stand out. Stay hydrated, wear layers, and warm up before you enjoy a winter run.

I am an indoor work out girl, so people ALWAYS SEE ME! Ha! In fact, they see TOO MUCH of me, thanks to my tiny outfit. But trust me, I am not wearing the tiny outfit for attention, I just get so hot and sweat so much, I cannot wear too much clothing!!! I am sorry! lol
