If the gym isn’t an option for you, use the objects around you as fitness props. In case you didn’t know already, chairs are the ultimate multipurpose household object. Try out this exercise move, using just a chair, that tones your lower abs, arms, back, and hamstrings!

The Dip and Push Back
Set Up
- Face the seat of your chair, and place your hands flat on the seat
- Step your feet a foot or 2 away
- While performing the move, keep your hands and feet in this position the whole time
The Move
- Start by dipping your hips down until your body is in a plank position
- Push your hips up into the air and back into a downward dog position
- Do 25 reps for one set (give or take)
