At Bite Size Wellness we strive to bring you the best of health and wellness one bite at a time. If you think about it, each day is made up of little bites that we make, say, see and do for our healthy lifestyle.
Sometimes that includes swallowing big gulps of wise quotes from other health-minded people like this one from self-help author Tony Robbins:
This is the most obvious saying we never seem to suck in while we complain about our bodies, complain about our jobs and complain about our relationship with our friends.
Waking up toned and 20 pounds less would be nice, but without eating right or dating your treadmill it ain’t happening. Read: you can’t keep doing the same thing and expect miracles to fall into your lap (or off your body). In order to succeed in your healthy lifestyle, your broken relationships or your career you have to make positive changes that will impact these things.
But you’ll figure this out after clicking your heels and repeating “I want a hot bod” 100+ times and it doesn’t work.
Change is good. Embrace it…especially for your trip down the healthy path.

I love this! I really should live by it. I am such a creature of habit but ever since I moved to Los Angeles, I am much more open to change and just going with the flow! It’s crazy how much I have matured and gotten better to adapting to change over the past few years. It’s true. If you’re not open to change, nothing will change, thus you won’t achieve what you’re destine to do in life!
