It’s beach season again, and you know what that means- it’s time for skimpy bikinis and crop tops. We all have that midsection insecurity but who says we can’t work on it?The key to having a flat tummy is consistently doing ab and core work. By targeting our ab muscles and doing core/ab circuits three to four days a week, we will be able to whip off those cover ups and show off our summer beach bods in no time. This week’s Music Monday is a fast paced ab blast workout. The song is Titanium by David Guetta featuring Sia and the beat is great to get you going and keep you working up until the very last crunch. During this circuit, try to stick to beat, it sets a really nice pace for the entire workout. If you find yourself feeling tired or sore, take a short break. Really try to feel the burn and push until the end of the song. If you keep up with this circuit as well as other ab and core workouts, you will start seeing results in no time! Sometimes, that burning feeling you get in your gut after a good ab blast workout is the best feeling in the world. You know what they say? Suck it up so tomorrow you won’t have to suck it in! This week’s Music Monday is awesome so get going, stick to the beat, and try your best not to give up! Beach season is among us.
