Lightweight Equipment
Depending on what exercises you’re planning on doing, there are a few multi-purpose items that should be high on your list. There are lots of different lightweight pieces of equipment that you can bring with you, including foam rollers and resistance bands, which can either fit in your luggage, or be carried with ease in a separate bag. As well as this, you should strongly consider bringing an exercise mat with you, such as a yoga mat. This not only works for yoga but can help to provide you with a comfortable surface no matter where you’re deciding to exercise.

Smart watches shouldn’t be overlooked when travelling. These will help you to track running and cycling routes and distances, as well as provide you with an easy-to-use activity tracker. This will allow you to see just how much exercise you’ve managed to do and better plan out your workouts in a place you don’t really know. You’ll also be able to share your progress, via social media, with your friends to show that you’re keeping up with them and their routines. Workout Clothes

Try to avoid any bottles that are too heavy, as this is going to make carrying it slightly more difficult, especially if you’re out on a run.

There’s nothing worse than getting injured or sore from a workout in a place you’re not used to. The concern that your future exercise during your trip might be impossible after suffering with a pulled muscle or cramp can be incredibly frustrating.
