8. Go to an amusement park!
We know, how is this working out? But, think about it – you’re walking around the entire park and chasing after your friends or kids. Voilà!
9. Boating Sports
There’s wakeboarding, kneeboarding, freeboarding, water skiing and more. If you don’t get an actual workout from participating, you’re sure to get one from laughing at your friends!
10. Go swimming!
Swimming is one of the best, if not the best, workouts a person can do. Not only do you increase muscle strength and tone, improve flexibility, get a healthier heart, and easier on joints – it is better than running. Not to mention, Ryan Lochte, among other swimmers (hellooo, Nathan Adrian and Connor Dwyer) is pretty easy on the eyes.
