  1. I like to workout ALONE – so what I do, is I go to the gym, pony up on the elliptical trainer and go to town… I bring loads of magazines to read too, or else I will get REALLY BORED really quickly! I cannot watch TV or listen to music when I work out though, kind of weird – I know… But that’s just me, weird. lol
