Banish bad thoughts! When things get hectic, we tend to get a little negative — don’t focus so much on how badly you want to tear your hair out. Take a few minutes out of your day to take a deep breath, relax, and focus on the positive. Schedule a 10 minute time-out where you close your eyes and think about the great people and opportunities you have. It may be just what you need to keep your focus off those flaws.

Then when you feel down, you can get a mood boost by looking back through tons of pictures of your “happy thoughts.”
