Every day of my life is a detox- it’s called eating healthy, unprocessed foods! Lots of veggies, healthy fats like fish and coconut oil, and lots of water to wash it all down! 🙂 No need to “kill yourself” by juice fasting! That doesn’t work!
I’ve never tried a detox because I think that sets people up for failure. I do try and always drink a ton of water and eat extra fruits and veggies, and maybe take an extra walk when I can so I don’t worry about days that turn out less balanced.
