Happy Thanksgiving! Today is a day to be thankful for our family, friends, and all that we have. There will be a lot of delicious food around, but don’t over eat or you will regret it later. Before you eat foods like rice, dinner rolls, and mashed potatoes, add seasonal foods to your plate. Cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, and roasted turkey aren’t foods you can eat every day. So enjoy small amounts of holiday favorites so you won’t feel like you’re missing out. Also, try not to go back for seconds. Eat a standard  sized plate of food — you can always eat some left overs tomorrow!
