Now that it’s officially fall, the leaves are changing and pumpkin flavoring abounds, but most importantly, the weather is in cool down mode. If you’re the type who loves to exercise outdoors, you need to make sure you have the proper clothing for the job. If you layer your fitness gear, you’ll be covered whether you’re hot, cold, or in between, so you won’t freeze or overheat no matter what you’re doing or where you are. Always be prepared!

  1. I work out in doors all the time, however, that doesn’t mean I don’t have all of the amazing fall fitness gear – as that is just my typical dress code, day in, day out. I love being comfortable! 🙂
