When we think of a diet we often focus on the physical benefits, but a lot goes on inside your body when you are treating it right. Lots of common foods lead to internal inflammation which can lead to illnesses and ailments later on in life. Try and reduce the amount of refined carbohydrates, processed foods, saturated and trans fats you eat. Add fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, nuts and more to help yourself from the inside out.
