Living in the Pacific Northwest this is a hot topic of conversation in my state. A lot of people really suffer from the dark gloomy weather around here. I have learned to enjoy the weather here and just hunker down into a cozy homey state. I also know that a perfect summer or fall day in the Pacific Northwest…well, there is no better place on earth on those days. I do have friends, though, who use light therapy to help them through the gloom. They are a cheerful bunch so it must be working for them! I feel a blog post coming on…
Thanks for the comment Jana! I know exactly what you mean – I love the sun but I also really love when it’s cool and dark outside and you can bundle up and get nice and snug with a cup of tea. I’ve heard good things about light therapy though which is great for those of us who aren’t too thrilled with the weather! 🙂
