This Month in the Mags: March Issues

Somehow March is cruising by and we have hardly had a chance to peruse our fave healthy lifestyle mags. Everything is electronic these days but we still have a thing for the glossy pages you can find on the newsstands that share tidbits on the wellness world, quotes from people we look up to and the latest products we should get our hands on.

Read on for what you can expect to see in the winter to spring covers for this week’s Link Love:

1. Be Super Fit with Women’s Health

Jessica Alba shows off her super fit bod on the cover of Women’s Health March 2013 issue. Inside the mag she gushes about date nights with her hubby Cash Warren and shares her fitness tips. One being that her guilty pleasure is to indulge in reality TV shows while she sprints. What else is inside the cover of the March Women’s Health: their fitness awards for the best gym gear and more, how common foods can cure common ailments and, of course, some workouts to try out.

2. Be a Pasta Chef Cooking Light

With Pinterest in our lives, there is no shortage of recipes to be made and yet Cooking Light is somewhere we turn for inspiration as often as we can. Inside of the March issue you will find pasta bliss. There is dinner inspiration for your lasagna, noodle bowls and more. Suddenly we are in a pasta kind of mood.

3. Feel Good with Elle

Taylor Swift is looking hotter than ever on the March cover of Elle. The singer fills the glossy pages with details of her love life and her lyrics. Don’t say you don’t have at least a couple Swift songs on your gym playlist. Gracing the March cover of Shape magazine is Jennifer Love Hewitt. We love how she embraces who she is and turns everything into a positive. More to love: 6 ab workouts to try, how to get flawless skin and stress-free dinners.
